Why I want to meet Missa
Her entries are always so real and heartfelt. I love reading about her little boy and seeing the pictures of him growing up. Also, she’s lived in Germany, so maybe we could speak a little German together.

Probably from talking and eating too much yesterday, I’ve spent a rather restless night. And while I was tossing , turning and thinking, something came to me that I will have to put on my 43 things list, because it’s not easy to accept: I have enough shoes! What a sad thing to have to say. :-)

When his guitar goes into overdrive I just drift away and can relax completely. Some of my all time favourite songs are by him, his music always calms me down after an irritating day. He is serious about the things he does and he cares for people and the environment. My kind of person.
A story about Jonathan Richman
I think he’s a person that I would like to know. His music isn’t to everyone’s taste, but that doesn’t bother him at all. There are some songs of his that I do not particulary like, but every single song is completely honest, which makes them special and dear to me. I’d love to have a chance to chat with him before or after one of his shows. The one thing I’d like to change his mind about is the internet, he dislikes it enormously. I, on the other hand, have met many kind, funny and friendly people on the net, some of them in person, whom I now consider to be friends.
Why I admire Simon, aputik means snow in the Inuit language
I really admire Simon for having taught so many utterly different subjects to so many different students. It takes a very dedicated teacher to do that, and those are the best. Plus, he has already answered loads of questions and I hope to hear much more of him.
